Remarkable cuisine and raw materials! If I have to make a constructive criticism, I would prefer both the rice and the spaghetti to take two minutes less to cook 😉 .....positively embarrassing choice of wines😉 Impossible not to find a wine up to par! 👏👏👏

What can I say? Stopping to eat at Acqua Matta is always a guarantee... Massimo, Stefano and all the staff are of the highest level. It's always a spectacular experience.

Excellent raw appetizers with delicate and intense flavors. Tasty fish risotto, cooked perfectly. Sublime seconds. Very fresh fish. Very kind and attentive staff. Spacious restaurant, not noisy and very atmospheric.

Difficile trovare difetti in questo posto, personale gentile, piatti di livello, qualità della scelta del vino elevata, dolci homemade fenomenali, pesce di super qualità, lo consiglio vivamente per occasioni speciali e rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, bravi continuate così

06/04/2024: Very nice, clean and tidy environment, parking is also convenient. We took half portions of the first course to taste, both gnocchi with rabbit ragù and very good tagliolini with truffle, cut and rib cooked as requested and tasty. Homemade desserts, excellent tiramisu. Perfect and fast service, young and friendly staff. Excellent quality-price relation. A tip: I would expand the menu with some roast dishes or stews to complete the offer.
02/04/2024: I have been to this restaurant a few times and I ate very well and spent the right amount for what I ate. It's a place I'll gladly return to if I'm in the area... Next time I have to try the fried chicken if I'm not mistaken only that it's available by reservation but from what I heard from those who were eating it it was delicious 😋 😋 😋
