The environment is informal, the service very friendly, the raw materials excellent.
The agnolotti with roast sauce are very good. I also really liked the violet panna cotta.
They have a very particular underground cellar that you can visit.

Today for the first time invited by dear friends, the food was excellent, the service was beautiful and the environment was welcoming, thanks to Mr. Mario, Mrs. and all the staff really worth trying, and a special thank you for the scrupulous attention to my intolerances, maximum attention for each dish and offer of every possible variation. Very nice place in the center of the town, typical cuisine of the area, many raw materials certainly at km0, friendly staff and attentive service, on this the only note can be, at least from my point of view, the too much speed between one course and the next. On the other hand, I recommend the tasting menu. Excellent value for money, definitely recommended.
Booked with The Fork on Sunday 10/03/24 for lunch with a 20% discount on the total excluding drinks.
Starter, meat, truly spectacular desserts.
You can feel that everything is very fresh.
Will come back to try the first courses and other dishes
Worth visiting is the floor below the kitchen with a particular "infernot" of which I will post photos and explanations.
For parking it is possible to go to the restaurant but it is difficult to find a place because there are very few, to be safe, just stop on the Provincial road 50 in front of the Pharmacy or in front of Pasticceria Adriana Parolini

Locale molto bello e pulito, ottimi piatti e personale gentile. Antipasti, primi e secondi abbondanti e tutti ottimi, in particolare il cinghiale era molto delicato. Buoni anche i dolci e ottima scelta di amari. Posso dire che è uno dei pochi locali che quando torni a casa non puzzi di cucina. Nonostante la distanza da Milano torneremo molto volentieri!

In visita agli Infernot abbiamo seguito i consigli e le recensioni e non abbiamo sbagliato: bel ristorante con personale gentile e sorridente, cibo buono ed abbondante accompagnato da buon vino. Consigliato anche per il loro Infernot.
