We had a wonderful lunch here while in Tuscany. The amuse-bouche was fantastic! Three little bites of different flavors to whet your appetite. The starter was chestnut farinata with red shrimp which we split with no problem & the chestnuts added a little complexity to the taste. The lemon linguini with oysters & raspberry was my favorite! Then the monkfish medallion was wonderful. Highly recommend & our server was so kind even though we didn't speak much Italian. He even let us buy a bottle of the olive oil which was wonderful with the rustica bread. The tables are artwork & shown in the picture!

Extremely fine top cuisine. In addition, the boss and cook respond to individual wishes. The fantastic food isn't cheap - but it's worth every penny!

Molta cura dei dettagli, panificazione fatta in casa, piatti con carattere gustosi e non esagerati. Entreè molto gradite, particolari e buonissime.
