Perfect location on the waterfront overlooking Maniace Castle, aLevante is far removed from Ortigia’s tourist hordes. The food is sublime and the service is gracious and efficient. Highly recommended dining experience.

STELLAR Nice little restaurant on the eastern side of the island of Ortigia. Nice, modern place, competent staff in recommending friendly, courteous and very quick dishes. We had an excellent cheesecake with Etna burrata, a caponata with diced swordfish, with the main courses an octopus cooked in brick that literally melted in your mouth and a sea bass fillet on a bed of seafood puree. The desserts are also excellent. What can I say, beautiful flavours, beautiful colours, an excellent mix of revisited Sicilian cuisine. Definitely worth trying

A nice little place, with a sea view, brilliantly managed by affable and professional people, offering innovative cuisine with roots in the Mediterranean tradition. We only had a first course... some spectacular square spaghetti Moresca style... really very good!!!

1st The food is fantastic. I would have rated it a 5/5 except for the stern demand that I must order a main dish if I wanted to sit on patio, and a 9€ salad did not count as a dish. HOWEVER the couple next to me who spoke Italian, ordered 2 salads and that was all. The next couple who sat down, German, was told they must also order a main dish. So if you speak Italian you don't have the same rules/requirements. Had they been more kind to me I would have returned several times, but now they have lost my business.

Ristorante sopra la media. Prodotti di qualità e servizio raffinato. "Volevamo creare qualcosa di diverso" ci dice il proprietario. Direi che ci sono riusciti. Prezzi in linea con quanto offerto

16/09/2023: Degustazione a base di ottimi vini prodotti dagli stessi proprietari, accompagnati da pietanze locali a base di pesce (consigliato) o carne. Se si trovi nelle zone di Marzamemi e vuoi fare una cena diversa dal solito sei nel posto giusto. Eccellente il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
