We both had a wonderfuld experience at All'Edera, everyone enjoyed the meal and the service. Veal fillet steak was one of the worlds' best, cooked on fire perfectly. Recommendation

Abbiamo prenotato per domenica a pranzo,seguendo le ottime recensioni di Tripadvisor.Location veramente carina, curata nei particolari, corrette distanze tra i commensali, cucina e caminetto a vista .All'arrivo ci è stata servita una piccola entree molto gradita, come antipasti Flan di zucca, fonduta di formaggio e petto d'oca, come primo una pasta al ragù d'agnello, per secondo carré d'agnello, una quaglia ripiena di castagne e funghi porcini e polipo grigliato. Come dessert semifreddo al zabaione e prugne, un sorbetto al mirtillo. Una bottiglia di ottimo Riesling dell'Alto Adige.Il personale molto attento e pronto.Il locale ci è veramente piaciuto e ci sentiamo di consigliarlo. Da ritornare...
