Enchanting place, fabulous rooms, the apartment when you see it leaves you speechless, wonderful. Quiet place to relax and disconnect from the usual routine. The owner is very kind, all the ladies who work there are also very kind, in particular Pinuccia and Paola. It feels like home to you. I forgot the beautiful garden and swimming pool. We recently stayed at this property. The place is splendid and feels like taking a dive into history. The dishes in the restaurant were also excellent, but above all we appreciated the human warmth and professionalism of all the staff.

Lovely place, excellent service and very kind staff. We stayed one night, everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed here with a Smartbox but we highly recommend it for a trip surrounded by greenery but with a very good quality of services. Restaurant with really excellent dinner and breakfast!

Thanks to Saverio and Mrs. Pina who welcomed us into this wonderful structure. My wife and I stayed here for 2 days in a welcoming, clean and very well looked after down to the smallest detail apartment. Superb location with beautiful panoramic view surrounded by nature. The inconvenience of being about an hour's drive from Modena was fully repaid by everything else said previously. Next time we will also try the restaurant which on this occasion was closed on the days we had chosen, even though the person in charge offered to prepare food for us anyway. How much availability! Well done, well done, well done.

If you want to switch off from everyday life then this is the right place. Pure oasis of peace. The village is beautifully located between the hills of Appenino. The facility is very nice, very well equipped and very clean. The owner was very nice, personable and helpful. The complex also has a very good restaurant where you can enjoy excellent typical dishes.

Questo è stato il secondo anno che passiamo il capodanno a Casa Marini. L’anno scorso è stata una piacevole scoperta, quest’anno una meravigliosa conferma. La tenuta è in mezzo al verde e si può godere di una vista meravigliosa. C’è anche una piscina stupenda e una zona fitness. Abbiamo alloggiato in due diversi appartamentini, il primo anno presso le scalette, quest’anno nella casa “verde”. Entrambi gli alloggi sono a dir poco stupendi, pieni di ogni comfort, spaziosi e curati in ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo alloggiato insieme al nostro cane, che è stato trattato come benvenuto e ci hanno permesso di portarlo con noi a cena. Il veglione di capodanno è stato a dir poco SPAZIALE. Tutto davvero ottimo, dall’antipasto al dolce, e anche la colazione del giorno dopo. Il personale è di una gentilezza unica, estremamente attento e cordiale, si fanno due chiacchiere davvero molto volentieri! Torneremo sicuramente a farci questa coccola meravigliosa✨

Location bellissima con vista spettacolare sulla valle, appartamento grande con tutti i comfort. Ci siamo trovati bene lo consigliamo se volete natura e tranquillità.
