Apriti Sesamo is the ideal setting for a romantic dinner, as required by the occasion. But beyond the impeccable, elegant setting and the excellent music in the background, we actually enjoyed a truly excellent dinner. It was a gourmet dinner with four dishes plus dessert. After a very fresh Treviso radicchio salad with oranges, olives, toasted seeds and pomegranate we enjoyed a technically perfect vegetable tempura, very tasty accompanied by a very light vegan mayonnaise of a beautiful pink colour. The turmeric tagliatelle with artichokes and almonds are excellent. The Jerusalem artichoke millefeuille with red cap, tempeh chips and saffron cream is exceptional. A set of expertly mixed flavors that enhanced each other. You can't make a dish like this without great research. To finish, a fabulous tiramisu with carob and cashew cream. Generous portions, very honest price. We hope to continue on this path. Well done.

Vegan restaurant with gluten-free options. The starters are simple, but well presented and good combinations.
The second courses were very good, in particular the really good and tender seitan... perhaps it didn't go well with the raw vegetables and mayonnaise, I would have preferred some baked or grilled vegetables together.
Absolutely to take the desserts, space hazelnut ice cream!

Without a doubt the best vegan restaurant I've been to. We tasted the entire menu, but only the artichoke was (alas) photographed. Everything else brushed away…

Looking for a vegetarian restaurant, we were attracted to Apriti Sesamo for Easter Monday lunch.
Excellent choice!
Lots of flavour, very high level with the various preparations and perfect balance of flavours.
The vegan pastiera is also good, with a very pleasant and persistent taste

Excellent vegan restaurant with great attention to the quality of the ingredients, their origin and ethics towards animals and the environment.
Truly delicious dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone, even non-vegans who want to try good plant-based food.

Abbiamo deciso di passare la serata di Capodanno in questo locale dopo una precedente esperienza a cena molto positiva.
Le serate sono state entrambe davvero piacevoli: locale accogliente, servizio cordiale e preparato, piatti superlativi. Un'oasi di gusto e ottima alimentazione, innovativa e salutare. Apprezzata la capacità della proprietaria di ascoltare spunti di riflessione e spiegare le scelte etiche e nutrizioniste.

Etichettarlo come ristorante vegano è profondamente ingiusto.
E' un'esperienza di sapore che non ha nulla a che vedere con la diatriba Vegano/Carnivoro, ma un'esperienza culinaria che infrange e oltrepassa i confini delle ideologie.
Decisamente uno dei migliori ristoranti a Parma, dove mangerete pietanze dal sapore unico, un'esperienza culinaria condita da un ambiente splendido, accogliente e un servizio a dir poco eccellente. PS. Non sono vegano, anzi
