A very busy restaurant after Sunday services. Really need to book ahead. They serve meat only. They have a very good team to serve the customers. Most of the customers are Italian. They serve authentic Sicilian food. Highly recommended to tourists who have had enough of sea food.

When we organized the trip to Sicily my sister immediately made sure to book the table in Ardigna, I mistakenly thought of a usual farmhouse... how wrong I was. Ardigna is perhaps one of the best farmhouses I have ever been to, both for the quality of the dishes but also for the service and friendliness. We are restaurateurs too, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to taste so many Sicilian specialties with an absolutely unique flavor and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, it is impossible to remember all the courses, many, many, such as the tray of mixed starters, mutton, caponata, pork shank, beef ribs, artichokes, snails and pasta, pistachio gnocchi, or the ravioli with fresh ricotta and the macco di fave, the highlight of the lunch! all surrounded by so much beauty and a panorama also to be enjoyed with your eyes! Well done to the entire team!

Always a guarantee! Excellent and plentiful food, good value for money, attentive and courteous staff, owner always kind and helpful. I recommend it, now more than ever, given that they are fixing the provincial road, so reaching the place is not complicated.

Una domenica a pranzo con la famiglia. Hanno portato una marea di antipasti, uno migliore dell’altro, tutto caldo, equilibrato, gustoso. I primi eccellenti, i secondi forse ancora più buoni. Dolci a volontà, amaro e grappa lasciati sul tavolo. Caffè al banco. Camerieri gentilissimi e presenti. Meglio di così……. Quando tutto funziona alla perfezione si capisce che al vertice della piramide c’è passione, intelligenza, competenza. Bravi e complimenti.

Prenotare in questo locale è un'impresa titanica, nel senso che spesso le prime date disponibili sono a distanza di mesi, l'attesa però è ripagata dalla magia dell'atmosfera, dalla bontà delle pietanze, dal calore quasi domestico del locale e dalla disponibilità e puntualità del servizio. Se desiderate gustare portate che difficilmente trovate altrove prenotate da loro oggi così magari ad aprile si libera un buco...esperienza assolutamente positiva, bravi i gestori.
