Ottimo aperitivo con eccezionale accompagnamento di stuzzichini. Il vero bar, anche nell'atmosfera e l'arredo. Servizio veloce e curato. Spazio esterno.

01/06/2024: I’m not gonna lie I have had better pizzas in many other places. Don’t see what all the fuss is about. The dough was quite basic in my opinion. The environment is also quite strange, we dined at lunch on Saturday and it was utter silence. The waiters were very odd they hover around you but don’t actually serve you. The guy behind the till was also not too friendly. Wouldn’t go back
31/05/2024: It seems that pizza was born in Napoli… It has just been reborn in Levanto! Alerted by a friend, we learned that we were staying in the same city as the best pizza in the world - elected at the 2019 Pizza Classica championship in Parma. Pizza addicts, we had to stop there. But if only we had been able to prepare for what awaited us... For my part, I opted for "the Gola" which, if not THE world champion, was the European champion. The first bite? Similar to the sensation of opening the doors of paradise, the one where Michel Berger went running, the one where this pizza chef will rest, I hope. The following ? A crescendo climb, an irresistible climb, one that you don't want to do on a bike. The truffle cut into thin strips overlooks the Parma ham, cut into even thinner strips, which itself rests on an airy, airy and aerodynamic dough. What do you think of the crispiness of grilled pine nuts? It is the argument that makes all the difference, the one that provokes exultation of the senses. Is the devil in the details? the devil is hiding in that toasted pinion, then. Each bite made me a little more nostalgic than the last, nostalgic to get closer to the end of my dish. Then comes the last mouthful, the one that we will remember, the one whose melody rings truer than the others. Jacques Attali said “In our time, pizzas take less time to arrive at your home than the police”, those of La Picea are exemplary in this respect. Touched by grace, this pizza maker has gold in his hands, and yet they are in the dough. Thank you for this moment, I will come back, I will bring my wife there and conceive my children there, who will bring their wives there and conceive their children there, and so on. One word to sum up this pleasure: picturesque!

20/12/2023: Well done Tania!! I haven't come to you for a long time due to logistics, but tonight I found you as fresh and excellent as when you started in the square almost 25 years ago, perhaps even better. Highly recommended by a stickler, you can believe it
