I had a great 4 days with this family owned hotel in Impruneta.I've stayed in Hotels, B&B, Airbnb etc type of accomodation and nothing compares to their service. They were warm, genuine, always willing to help type of people. They serve the best croissant and coffee every morning. Transport to Florence is easy and affordable. I can't wait to visit Florence again next time with Family & Friends. 🤗

A family-owned accommodation next to Főtér, but quiet. Restaurant on the ground floor, cheap, impeccable service, delicious food. We stayed here during the Florence city tour.

Lunch at the truly TOP restaurant. Everything good from starter to dessert. The owners are truly friendly and make you feel and eat at home. Well done, well done!

We left from 1/05/24 to 05/05/24, we were very well received by the hotel managers. There are only positive points. The breakfast was plentiful and the croissants were fresh and delicious. Very good restaurant and very friendly staff It was a very pleasant stay, we highly recommend this family hotel. Sad to return to Marseille Hoping to return there very soon 😊

This hotel is a lovely place run by a friendly family. The heating and bathroom in the room were conveniently renovated. With my wife, I enjoyed the breakfast that the host carefully provided. The hotel was very clean and provided everything we needed. Going to Florence was also very easy, so I would like to recommend it as a hotel for a trip to Florence. It is a good way to get out of the crowded city.

A truly family-run hotel, and it really feels like you're staying with family. Warmth and friendliness, but also cleanliness and order, in this dated but well-kept structure. The terrace… a marvel!

12/05/2024: Delicious steak, excellent roast potatoes and Gina's cheesecake was amazing! Good and polite service even though it was full of people, we hardly waited at all. Perfect value for money, I recommend everyone to stop by if you are at the outlet!

21/05/2024: Appears to be family owned. Excellent quality food, somewhat high prices but completely worth it for an amazing meal! Recommend the Florentine steak and the Norcina (pork and truffle) pasta.
12/05/2024: Everything excellent! Perfect lunch during the sightseeing tour of the city of Florence. Very tasty dishes, pleasant environment. Truly very kind service, helpful and without wasting time. We chose from the menu of the day, which is quite varied at an excellent price. The desserts are on par with the pastry shop. I recommend booking, located in a strategic place and has many customers. Suitable for families with children.
