The best pizza by the slice in Brescia, a reference. Highly coveted and enjoyed since I was a kid, I now take it to heat up and enjoy comfortably at home, just as it appears in the pre-baking photo. It's a shame I can't order it with the various food delivery apps, living in the suburbs I would definitely order it every week for lunch/dinner. Thank you Birbes family

One of the most delicious pizza cuts ever. Suggest their standard Birbes pizza, which is similar to Margherita but the dough is something else, and all ingredients very fresh. It definitely has some special ingredients. Very local atmosphere

01/05/2024: La Signora con la sua ciuffanza e' spettacolare gentilissima e molto affascinante oltre che estremamente cortese e gentile.Servizio al tip top tap impeccabile e veloce prezzi ottimali;ambiente caratteristico e particolare col suo soffitto pungente stalattitico.Menu' tipico alpino con piatti abbondanti da sempre.Ambiente accogliente e caloroso.Una perla d' altri tempi.Eh si eh!!!..Personale gentile affabile molto preparato ed estremamente speed!!!La mia frequentazione e' antica e saltuaria ma ritengo questo posto un' icona da sempre uno dei pochi rimasti.Complimentanza !!!!
02/03/2024: Went here while on holidays in Aprica with my family. The restaurant is very rustic feel to it. The staff were nice and helpful. The food was nice I had a meat skewer, which had sausage, veal chicken it was very nice and filling. Would recommend it. I also had a Nigula beer which was nice and refreshing
