Such a splendid, serendipitous experience. Went to a local enoteca...saw this place. Service was outstanding, and the food in several courses did not disappoint. High quality and more elevated food yet a very local, friendly vibe. It pressed all the buttons for my main meal before I returned home. More than what I expected and was looking for.
Très bonne cuisine avec un menu surprise avec accord plats vins de toute beauté. Une belle rencontre avec le propriétaire qui parle français et explique chaque étape tant pour le vin que pour la cuisine. Vraiment top même si c'est un peu fort comme budget pour nous. Mais un super souvenir de la région
Exceptional. To the French who pass by... expensive but unique. We took the 80 euro formulas with selected wines.... don't drive any afterwards. But extraordinary cuisine and wines from the cellar of an award-winning oenologist... it's truly a winning combination. Especially if the rain has ruined your vacation day. Bravo to the crossed talents.
Kindness of the staff, refinement in the menu with raw materials that change with the seasons, some extravagance of combinations but which always satisfies the curious palate. Dishes that trace the regional tradition but evolved in concept. Delicious ravioli, pike perch, red corba, semifreddo. Excellent paired Lis Neris 2019 sauvignon, chosen from an interesting and varied wine list. Always curious to return because it knows how to evolve. To try sitting at the entrance counter, perhaps for an all-Tuscan dinner with a selection of cheeses and cold cuts. Ah, applause for amuse bouche and baked goods
20/05/2024: We celebrated my sister's wedding here, and my nephew's baptism, and it was super. Thanks to Luca and all the staff for their welcome and courtesy. I don't think I need to point out that the quality of the food was excellent.
