I really like their pan pizza and farinata. They are very courteous, I have a lactose intolerance and every time I go to eat at their place they make me pizza with mozzarella that I bring from home and it's not something to be taken for granted. Highly recommended

Nothing exciting, the farinata is definitely not the best in Turin, the pizza (brick so to speak...) has a crust and the dough was half raw, the cold burrata from the fridge on top is not what... I don't think I will return, obviously my personal opinion...

Cena con un’amica lei abita vicino alla pizzeria curiosa di provare la farinata e devo dire che è molto buona paragonabile alla farinata ligure la porzione un po’ scarsa rispetto alla ligure però molto buona. La pizza anche molto buona leggermente cruda nell’impasto ma mi è piaciuta.Ci tornerò

Good evening everyone, I want to compliment the owner for a dough truly made with heart in each slice of pizza an explosion of flavours, fresh ingredients are abundant, not to mention the MAGNIFICENT farinata with an explosive flavour, crunchy and soft at the same time. Dal 1984 che mangio la pizza alla Blue Bird. Tegamino e farinata super. Locale pulito, servizio ok e pizza al top. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente . Miglior tegamino di Torino. Spesso utilizzo anche l’asporto e la pizza arriva sempre perfetta e nei tempi confermati

05/04/2024: I have dined at Bottega Flegra several times and have been deeply impressed by both the exquisite pizza and the impeccable service. The menu featured a variety of innovative pizzas, with bold flavors but also traditional Neapolitan pizzas. They all have a beautiful presentation and are delicious. The staff is attentive and available for every request. I can never recommend the pizza shop enough 🍕
