My wife wants pizza tonight and invites me out for dinner. It's Friday and without booking we show up around 8.30pm and they immediately find us a table. Although it is located in the industrial area, I notice that it is well frequented. Speck & zola, on the cutting board, good and thin pasta. Since my wife pays, I'll also get a dessert, a Bindi panna cotta, not bad.

Pizzeria La Sospirata

08/02/2024: The pizza has changed after the reopening of the restaurant at the beginning of 2024. It's much thinner and they no longer offer the wonderful sourdough Roman pinch. Such a pity! The service is also different, always punctual and precise, missing that pleasure that lightened the environment and made the pizza tastier.

27/05/2024: Fabulous family restaurant with authentic ingredients. Kind and gracious owners that truly want you to enjoy your meal. We had a pizza and a pasta dish…tagliatelle with mushrooms which was excellent. In true American fashion we had prawns and calamari as an appetizer even though in Italy it’s technically a main course. They happily obliged and it was hot and very good!!! Enjoy!!!
