In the heart of Vico this very interesting barbecue place. We were there for dinner on a Saturday, with a reservation. A very rich choice for starters (we opted for a platter of cured meats and cheeses and a classic tartare), a triumph at the meat counter (we had entrecote with oil and salt and three-type sausage, dishes accompanied by a potato cooked underneath ash). We asked for two vegetable dishes as a side dish and drank two glasses of red. To conclude (to make us really sick in terms of calories, mind you) two desserts: decomposed cheesecake with strawberry compote and ricotta mousse with brittle, berries and chocolate chips. With a bottle of water and cover charge we spent 85 euros between us which, given the quality of the products, is more than honest. The staff is helpful and competent, the environment warm and welcoming. You can also visit the cave for maturing caciocavallo. Absolutely recommended
