I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience. The menu offers traditional dishes prepared with the highest quality raw materials, which can be enjoyed in a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The wine selection is excellent, perfect to accompany each course. Among the recommended dishes, the steamed octopus is a must-try, an explosion of flavors that delights the palate. But not only the main courses, the desserts are also exceptional, a real delight for the senses. The service was impeccable, with attentive and courteous staff who made us feel pampered and welcomed. A special thanks to the waiter who served us with such kindness and professionalism. It is rare to find such a level of service and courtesy. The restaurant offers an elegant and welcoming environment, perfect for a special evening or an occasion to celebrate. The furnishings are studied down to the smallest details, with a touch of class that conveys a warm and inviting atmosphere. Walking through the center of Bologna we came across this restaurant. Fast service, courteous staff and background music made this lunch perfect... We took: as an appetizer a platter of local cured meats (raw Parma ham, mortadella, coppa, salami, onion compote, caciotta and cave pecorino). As first courses, traditional tortellini in parmesan fondue and green butter and sage balanzoni stuffed with mortadella and ricotta. To conclude, dessert: mascarpone hugs with Bronte pistachios. For being in the historic center the price is super honest: we spent more or less 30 euros per person.

This place really deserves a lot. Spectacular location under a historic portico in the most elegant and beautiful area of ​​Bologna. The service is effective and very attentive. This restaurant is a little bit of a hidden gem in Bologna. We stumbled upon it one afternoon and made a reservation for that evening. We were in Bologna for seven nights and returned here three times. The location is unbelievable. We sat outside and had the most spectacular view. Ambiance that you could only dream of. The service was impeccable. The food was traditional but with a twist. Wine list superb. Highly recommend.
