I often go to Trieste for work and while wandering around I like to discover new places and passing through Via Carducci I found this place, very good food, relaxed environment. I would go back with friends as soon as possible so I could enjoy everything calmly.

Excellent food, variety and quality that you don't expect, small but characteristic environment, impeccable service, courteous, friendly and splendidly Trieste staff. Highly recommended. Better to book though. Ah... and if he drinks really well.

Definitely one of the most popular buffets in the city. Wide choice of wines and beers, a truly remarkable showcase with various appetizers. You can also stop for lunch, but it's best to book, the place is small and few tables. The food is good, you I advise!!

What a surprise this place is. I thought it was a bar for a quick sandwich but instead we ate lasagna with radicchio and sausage and an excellent boiled meat sautéed in the pan. Delicious, tasty accompanied by a good glass of wine...what more do you want from life!!! Friendly and helpful staff, fast service. Well done

Siamo stati Trieste di passaggio per le nostre vacanze. In una mattinata piena di visite, ci siamo imbattuti per il nostro pranzo in questo locale. Stupendo, ci siamo persi, nel gustare quanto, con professionalità e cortesia, ci era stato proposto. La materia prima ottima, la cucina indimenticabile. Top

22/04/2024: Came by chance to this place in a secluded historic corner of Trieste, very elegant and refined interior environment. Service prepared in impeccable service, dishes to taste with food cooked with great professionalism , you can see that this place by looking at the service and the placing of the dishes on the table with great elegance. Very varied starters with excellent combinations from mackerel to sea bass fillet or cod. I ate a second course of very fresh octopus cooked on the grill paired with porcini mushrooms with a pumpkin base. I have to compliment the pairing, it was excellent and perfectly cooked as I am a modest taster traveling around Italy. I must say excellent wine cellar, both domestic and foreign from the best wineries or brands. Price for what we ate and drank was fair Highly recommended

19/05/2024: Excellent restaurant in Trieste. Focused on service, courtesy and quality. Very carefully prepared dishes, both in terms of ingredients and details: having such a wide range of Fioi extra virgin olive oils is not for everyone and allows you to experiment with combinations with varieties of olives from all over the country, congratulations! We tasted a truly delicate egg with potato foam; a truly tasty tartare which, combined with the various oils, is truly an ecstasy for the palate! And as a good Tuscan I must say that the boiled meatballs were delicious 😋 the wine list offers truly particular natural wines, from north to south, well done! Ps...And dogs are welcome 😗
04/05/2024: Every time we visit Trieste we have to go there once: feel good, have a good breakfast, that's how we can continue as far as we're concerned
