Welcoming Atmosphere The moment we cross the threshold of the restaurant, we are welcomed by a simple but refined environment. Even though our table was located facing the stairs, this small detail did not tarnish the quality of the experience in the slightest. Culinary Experience The dinner began with an appetizer of Piedmontese raw fish: excellent quality tartare, chopped meat with fried egg yolk and carpaccio, each seasoned so skilfully that I had to ask if they were made of different meats (the tartare ). The answer? The flavor variations came exclusively from the refined seasonings, a truly promising start. This is followed by a plate of gnocchi alla norma which, although tasty, did not reach the memorable peaks of the other dishes. However, they were an adequate transition to the main course of the evening. The real star of the dinner was the Croatian meat Florentine, recommended by our waitress. She, with rare competence and enthusiasm, was able to explain to us the peculiarities of this meat and guide us in a choice that turned out to be exceptional. The meat, also confirmed by my fellow diners, was simply divine: tasty, cooked to perfection, a true triumph of taste. Conclusion The Ca della brace restaurant is an unmissable destination for those who want to immerse themselves in a high-level culinary experience, with attentive and friendly service that makes every guest feel special. Fantastic restaurant with amazing meat

Restaurant specializing in grilled meat: the pancetta in saor appetizer is particular and good. The Florentine steak was also perfect, even if the plate placed underneath overcooked it, drying it out. The side dishes are also good. Courteous and fast service. Free parking available nearby.

I was on a particular and chaotic day... a day of celebration, I would like to leave a positive comment but the wait was too long to enjoy the food as one should... I can say that the starter and the wine were not bad... a waitress in particular who was very nice and with her jokes and her way of entertaining she took care of making the time pass in a pleasant way 🥂

Dopo tanto tempo che volevo provare questo ristorante ce l'ho fatta. Ho assaggiato la pancetta in sarò, buona ma mi ero creato un'aspettativa mia personale forse troppo alta. Il kube roll da 1/2 kg molto buono, morbido e gustoso.
