Not worth the crazy online hype. But has historic significance.
Was pleasantly surprised with good gluten free and vegan options.
A good aperitif in a beautiful square. The only downside was the long wait to get a menu and order, even though most of the tables were already eating.

An experience... Sit on the terrace, order a Leccese coffee, a pastry... two if you have a sweet tooth... enjoy the sun. Have a second coffee leccese, a juice to stock up on energy. A third pastry. Pay your bill, walk slowly towards the ruins of the amphitheater, contemplate... then at that moment you will understand what happiness is, true happiness.

This is Godseongbi’s cafe found in Lecce.
You choose what to eat in front and order at the counter inside. There are pictures on the menu, so if you ask for this or that, they kindly take your order.
The iced latte doesn't have as much ice as it does in Korea, but it's refreshing and the coffee tastes rich, deep, and good.
Each and every dessert was delicious. It seems like they are good at confectionery, to the extent that they have a separate brand that sells just confectionery.

Let's say that I think there is better in Lecce, the pasticciotto was loaded with margarine and lard....🤷🏻♀️
I know the traditional ingredients well but here... we exaggerated... it's not pleasant.... but out of politeness I paid and finished the meal... but there is much better in Lecce!!

This is a great spot for coffee, drinks, snacks and lunch. They have huge selection of sweet and savoury pastries. We discovered the delicious 'Rustico', a local speciality, and just had to go back a few times during our stay. Worth seeking out.

Ottimo bar in posizione centrale. Unica pecca, il personale non appena finito di prendere il caffè, ci toglieva subito le tazzine per farci capire che era ora di alzarci, sono stati scortesi. Inoltre c'è un solo bagno per le donne e proprio per questo si crea spesso una lunga fila. Però ne vale la pena solo per la qualità del cibo e per la bella vista sulla piazza.
