An unexpected surprise a stone's throw from the Teatro dei Marsi. The Bistro' del Teatro is a welcoming and warm place. The owner Piero and all his staff deserve top marks.

Friendliness and great willingness to adapt the menu of the day (2 first courses and 2 second courses) to particular needs (vegetarians, allergies...). The cuisine is really excellent!

14/03/2024: I remembered an old rustic trattoria and instead I find myself in an elegant restaurant with a pleasant mix of ancient and modern. Although the menu is mostly meat-based, there are options for those who don't eat it, such as excellent ricotta and spinach ravioli and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. The scamorza are perfect, two strung on a skewer and cooked by the owner in the beautiful corner fireplace that characterizes the main room. There is certainly great care in choosing the products. A place to definitely return to also enjoy the cheeses that are the protagonists of a succulent platter. For those who prefer quality to a ton of banality. Bonus spotless bathroom. Thank you!
06/03/2024: we had never been to this restaurant and we left satisfied - the food is excellent: excellent grilled lamb and quality ragù - the only flaw is the coffee but it is not easy to find a blend that satisfies those who, like me, prefer it bitter
