Great country restaurant serving typical Ligurian cuisine. Magnificent authentic setting and very good value for money. I love this place. I go there every year.

The food was excellent, the service was very friendly. Before that, a greeting from the kitchen with further side dishes. At the end we ordered a digestif, which was not charged, and there were also some delicious pastries. Nice atmosphere and we had a lot of fun. The prices are completely okay. A nice evening .

Dinner on Saturday evening with friends, fixed price menu 35 euros, special.... everything absolutely good, fresh and despite the place being full, fast service. I'll be back..

il ristorante candidollo nell entroterra di Diano Marina è un ristorante al mare che propone piatti del territorio, non troverete quasi mai pesce, ma il coniglio alla ligure, le lumache, e tanti altri piatti tipici della tradizione. il locale è pacevolmente arredato, ampio e si affaccia su una bella terrazza. il servizio è veloce ed attento, la signora si aggira fra i tavoli intrattenendo la clientela affabilmente raccontando anneddoti e spiegando le ricette. abbiamo pranzato di sabato e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Cercheremo di tornarci!

03/04/2024: Intimate restaurant in a restored medieval tower, located at the end of the town, just follow the main street. The environment is truly evocative, exposed stone everywhere with arches, with the renovation the original style was maintained, the lights are suffused on the floor creating a very romantic atmosphere. The menu is made up of relatively few dishes, but they are all really good, I recommend the tasting menu to try as many things as possible, it's really worth it! The service is very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend, worth at least one visit!
01/04/2024: Unexpected! We had a magical experience in this restaurant. Great food, wide selection of local wines, all in a wonderful setting and with friendly service. Try it and talk about it with friends. 100% recommended. Well done!!!
