Wonderful experience had last night! Fabio the very attentive, nice and very knowledgeable owner! The menu was excellent, attentive to my allergies and requests! Everything was perfect, even the staff were very in line with the environment! Very green uniforms… Never take their ice cream off the menu and if you get it absolutely get it!!!!!!!! Surprise! Beautiful place and great menu! We really appreciated all the courses, unique tastes where you can appreciate the quality of the ingredients and products. We'll be back for sure!

A beautiful journey into taste that started with a giardiniera. Excellent with careful research of the dishes and the raw materials, many of which are 0 km for the balanced combination of flavours. Appetizer with Tacos of green anchovies, herbs, flowers and butter. EXTRAORDINARY. Starter Albese meat, cardoncelli mushrooms and Parmesan Reggiano 60 months sublime, a true masterpiece. First Agnolotti di Bue Grasso served in a napkin, hazelnut oil and 72 months Parmesan I would be repetitive, but all good. Second course Very delicate glazed pork and lamb ribs. Potatoes with peel and verdirò and km 0. And finally desserts, the ice cream they produce is absolutely worth trying.

Locale situato in frazione Valfre nelle vicinanze di Orbassano L'arredamento è curato con grande gusto. Le sale sono ampie e luminose.Il servizio è attento e competente. La qualità proposta è di ottimo livello e il conto assolutamente in linea con le mie aspettative Consigliato

Siamo stati con amici per la prima volta in questo locale e devo dire che seppur le aspettative erano alte, non ci ha assolutamente deluso. Location un po' isolata, ma la struttura completamente green ed assolutamente autosufficiente, fa dimenticare la posizione poco felice. Personale accogliente e disponibile sin dall'ingresso. Inoltre tutti i camerieri sono ragazzi giovani, ben formati ed infine chi ci ha introdotto ai vini risulta persona competente. Il servizio è stato attento ma non invadente. La cucina nel complesso è semplice, segue i piatti della tradizione, ma con un tocco di raffinatezza e ricercatezza che li contraddistingue dandogli personalità e contemporaneità. Assolutamente consigliato. Ovviamente il prezzo non è di fascia media, ma ne vale la pena.
