A lot of good things have been written about the restaurant. And we can really only agree. We stayed in Ortigia for 8 days and at Ci Voleva several times. First of all we have to mention the warmth and hospitality of Gesualda, Francesco and Gaetano. You feel very welcome and immediately at home. The food was sensational. At the beginning we had a starter and main course. Finally just one main course. The portions are big enough. The restaurant specializes in fish and it is fresh. We each drank house wine. They also have a nice selection of bottles. Finally, of course, limoncello :-) We can highly recommend the restaurant in all cases. It is located near the market. As soon as we have time, we will fly back to Sicily and are already looking forward to the next meal.

I had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant in the heart of Ortigia. I ordered a dish of linguine with sea urchins which far exceeded my expectations! I must admit that I don't usually order it in restaurants as my past experiences in other places have not been positive at all. As you can see from the photo from "Ci Wanted" you will receive a generous dish, elegantly plated with a generous dose of fresh sea urchins on top. The pasta was very creamy and very tasty. Flavor of the sea and great hospitality were the key ingredients to retain me as a new customer. Thank you, see you soon.
