11/05/2024: When we want to touch the sea with a finger, then we go to Aloha Mare in Santa Teresa di Riva. The friendliness of "Patron" Carlo welcomes us with stories about the fish that is offered here. Gourmet dishes based on strictly local raw materials, from the Ionian Coast to Porto Palo. The sensorial tasting of "Crudo e Marinato" is important, in a large oval plate a review of the seabed of "Mare Nostrum".
