Superlative taste! The traditional, genuine, but always innovative and revisited cuisine of Civico 39 is an explosion of flavors linked to seasonality and refined quality. It is always a pleasure and a curiosity to return to Civico 39 to taste new meat and fish dishes.

Wonderful place...well-kept, welcoming, elegant, very kind owner and staff. Two of us came yesterday to have an aperitif: simply say, top!!! Refined and excellent quality raw materials, from hot to cold... and above all the advice given to us on Franciacorta: super spot on! (Caruna Brut). We will definitely be back for dinner and for the many delicacies seen on the menu....congratulations because there are few such special places around.
