What a discovery around the corner this was. Located in a very beautiful spot just outside the Piazza Castello, in a passage leading to the Quadrilatero quarter of the city, this small place offers big flavors. We fell in love with the pinsa few years ago so finding this place was such a joy. Several varieties, very nice mixes of flavors, we took four to taste them all. You order, wait outside, take the fresh baked goods, eat and return to pay inside. There are probably four tables, few people can fit inside, it was a weekend so it was pretty crowded. The pinsas are cut in smaller parts, so it was just right to grab and devour. All of us were amazed. They also sell beverages, and if you don't finish your pinsa, they'll give you a small box to carry it.

Excellent. Located just aside one of the main squares of town, serving some delicious pizza — all fresh made and in different varieties, each tasting amazing. There’s a small terrace outside, service being super friendly.

We spent three days in Turin and ate there for two. Spectacular pinsas!! Crispy tender and tasty. The customer service is also very good. Max was very nice and detailed. We would recommend it to anyone. We will return to Turin and of course to Max's pinsería!

Just wow. I ate at this place 3 times in 3 days. Amazing pinseria (new concept came from Rome). I liked it very much and I hope I could try it again. Its a hidden gem in torino.

Place in the center of Turin, which offers a good range of pinsas and pinsettes to choose from. Very polite staff. There are tables both outside and inside the restaurant

Absolutely incredible place. Really well located, right next to the Piazza Castello. A little place with pinsas with fresh ingredients and looking (and tasting!) delicious. You choose the one you want and they cook it for a few minutes. The food is so good and so affordable. Very nice service also. Loved everything and highly recommend it to everyone in Turin, locals and tourists.

Pasticceria Orsucci

03/01/2024: Per tutti gli amanti della colazione al bar, decisamente non potete non recarvi da Orsucci. Abbiamo scoperto questa pasticceria, non come tanti tramite la tv in quanto vincitori di Cake star a Torino, ma tramite un video di presentazione sui social. Cavallo di battaglia per la colazione e la merenda sono cubi alla crema e piramidi al gianduia (da prenotare telefonicamente un giorno prima) che noi non siamo riusciti ancora ad assaggiare, ma mi sento di spendere parole positive su tutti i loro prodotti. Noi ci siamo recati due volte a colazione: la prima abbiamo provato cornetti alla crema e alla nutella che hanno letteralmente fatto breccia nei nostri cuori, mentre la seconda volta io ho provato un cubo alla crema di limone ( ultimo rimasto) mentre il mio compagno un pain au chocolat. Devo ammettere che ogni pezzo era magnifico..l’impasto è friabile e ha un sapore distintivo, si percepiscono qualità negli ingredienti e nella cucina. Il personale è cordiale, il locale è ampio e pulito, ha tanti tavolini pertanto nonostante sia abbastanza affollato si riesce sempre a trovare un posticino. L’ultima piacevole sorpresa è sicuramente il conto! Nonostante sia una pasticceria abbastanza famosa, i prezzi sono relativamente contenuti, si spende poco rispetto ad una colazione in un classico bar ma con una qualità nettamente migliore (es. 1,8€ brioche, 3€ cubo, caffetteria con classici prezzi). Noi torneremo sicuramente. Ode al pasticcere e ai suoi magnifici croissant!
14/10/2023: Siamo in periferia...lo stile di pasticceria non rispecchia certamente il locale in linea Sabauda: storico e di classe...comunque devo riconoscere che la pasticceria è curata. conoscevo già il posto ma sono andato appositamente per provare la "Piramide", la nuova creazione. Un premio per l'idea, ma la realizzazione è risultata alquanto deludente: imprecisa, asciutta (a causa di un eccesso di cottura) e una crema al cioccolato molto orinaria. Siamo lontani dall'alta pasticceria del Cambio! Tre euro...sinceramente non c'è confronto con i 3,80 del Cubo di Piazza Carignano.

I could have already given them to him for ice cream because it is the only ice cream shop in the area that has various lactose-free flavors in addition to the usual two fruit flavors that are generally found. Furthermore, here you can also find creams such as chocolate and soy (very good), the fruit flavors are very creamy even if they do not contain cream or milk and are difficult to find so good. But yesterday they surprised me with special effects! I had lunch with my son with the menu of the day, I am a commuter so I have already had the opportunity to have lunch in several other places in the area. I must say that the quality here is much superior to other establishments that offer the menu of the day. I had a trio of second courses and they were cooked very well! Simple but tasty, superlative raw materials, it is difficult to find a place where they give you such quantity and quality with a lunch that here is called "worker's" among other things at a very honest price! For two people we paid €. 23.00 with two three plates, a liter of bottled water, a cone and an ice cream cup. Congratulations also for the speed of service and friendliness. Highly recommended!
01/04/2024: We go there almost every time we pass through Carema for our tours in the valley. Cozy place with excellent ice cream and a wide variety of flavours. Lunch service, but I have no direct experience. There are tables both indoors and outside in the courtyard. Today there were a lot of people as it was Easter Monday, but we found a table and enjoyed the cups of ice cream in peace. Very clean bathrooms. Parking next door but for a fee (but no problem with the motorbike).
