5 stars because it is not possible to assign 10. They do sales and restaurant. When I travel along the Cisa for my transfers I always stop there. You have the opportunity to taste cold cuts and cheeses with a glass of wine. Five of us ate our fill with just over 50 euros! Incredible, cheaper than Mc Do but extraordinary in quality and quantity...

It's worth getting off the highway for lunch. All the dishes revolve around cured meats. You will not regret it. Low prices. In the end, before paying, you stop at the shop to get some cured meats to take home.

High quality and adequate prices. Superb Culatello and Reggiano. Unfortunately I didn't realize that an incorrect price per kg was given due to an error of a couple of euros. I think it was an oversight. I'll go back and pay more attention. It would be appreciable to have the prices per kg displayed more clearly on the products, and it is a bit annoying to have to ask for them for each product.

Excellent meats, always first rate. This time they almost took our plate away after the last "forkful" to make room for the people in the queue (lunch lasted about 50 minutes)

Come sempre sono molto cordiali. Veloci nel servizio. La focaccia con il lardo che ti portano subito è un attentato al colesterolo, ma troppo buona. Tra culatello, Culaccia, Crudo e salame si respira aria di Parma. Molto apprezzata la crostatine di cortesia con il caffè.

01/04/2024: They were closing but kindly Silvia, the manager at the tables. He made me sit outside. A comfortable table... Here, I savored an excellent platter of local cured meats... and a basket of Fried Gnocco. Here, they know how to do Salami, Ham, Culatello and Parmesan. Highly recommended! Attend and savor everything with a good glass of 🍷. ....(family management) Today is Easter Monday 1st April at 3.54pm
