I really appreciated the idea of ​​pasta and beans with mussels and white seafood risotto, I would use mussels raised in Sardinia as they are tastier and don't give off a strong smell. I saw a lot of determination and desire to work in the boy. I hope you continue and improve more and more. I will definitely come visit you soon.

First time at Ernesto's, and there will certainly be other occasions.. excellent staff who put the customer at ease... welcoming place.. Excellent and well-composed dishes.. WE WILL BE BACK!!

Great food, pleasant atmosphere and quality service. We were served by the waiter Pino, who was very pleasant and attentive. Best service so far in Switzerland. We definitely recommend it.

17/03/2024: I recently had dinner in this delicious trattoria in the center of Carpi and I was quite satisfied with the atmosphere, a very nice place in a rustic and welcoming style. I ordered the veal knot with baked potatoes; the meat was good but the potatoes were a little burnt. Very slow service but the kindness of the owner made the experience pleasant. Good selection of wines.
03/03/2024: I went to this place with my husband and a couple of friends... the place is a bit small but it's definitely worth going, the food is excellent and the service is also good.
