Beautiful well-kept and tastefully furnished restaurant with an enviable view of the Erro Valley. Genuine and very, very good dishes, excellent wine list. Excellent service where Fausto's friendliness and competence play a fundamental role. Exceptional quality/price ratio!!! Highly recommended!

We were there today.....welcome kindness is at home the cleanliness in the bathrooms is excellent Fausto is a person who puts you at ease and a good dining room advisor last but not least the excellent food it's been a long time since I found a kitchen like this tasty with strong flavors and very refined and varied. I will definitely return as soon as possible to bring friends with whom to share the tasty products and dishes in an evocative environment.

We ate for lunch at this nice restaurant. Excellent quality cuisine. I was expecting the mixed starter to be just a little richer, but still all good. An equally interesting wine produced by them, the red... a pinot noir. Optimal. The owners are kind and friendly. Open view of the hills. We will definitely be back.

Familiar and comfortable environment, enclosed in a carefully restored nineteenth-century farmhouse not far from Acqui Terme, in the Cavatore area. Genuine cuisine inspired by local flavors with a touch of originality and often varied. Appreciable choice of wines. It was a real pleasure .

Abbiamo fatto due ore da Milano solo per mangiare da Restorante fausto valeva la pena era tutto buonissimo funghi fritti ottimi tagliatelle al tartufo e tutto molto buono il vino fatto da loro ottimo.

16/04/2024: The food was good and the place was beautiful but, unfortunately, we didn't know what they were bringing us. We had a voucher for a traditional dinner but he did not give us a list of the courses, at least as far as the contents were concerned. It would have been useful to know beforehand what they were bringing us.
