Stopped for a in the evening on the way back to my hotel, the view was to die for. The best part of this place was the Giniello cocktail! Perfectly balanced and amazing. I’ll be dreaming of this drink when I head back home. Service was excellent!

Very slow, but that's part of its charm. Very well located and with very very nice staff. It's worth having a drink and watching the sunset.

"Da Giniello" on the steps of the Marina Grande in Sorrento is a wonderful place to watch the sunset with a limoncello spritz and chat with strangers. Greetings to Kathy & Scott from Boston and Heather & Fraser from Scotland!

Great location and views but not great drinks or food. Wine was awful and spritz basic so best linger at viewpoint and move onto better quality bar.

Can't beat the view! We had to wait relatively long for our drinks, but prices were adequate for the location and drinks were good. Mind you, the Limoncello Spritz they serve is stronger than in most other places. Better don't drive afterwards.

It's a perfect place to rest after or during a long walk and grab one of the delicious drinks (Limoncello Spritz!) with a beautiful view on Marina Grande and Vesuvio:) A very nice small talk with the owner as a bonus:))

12/03/2024: I was in this place for dinner with some friends, what can I say: warm, welcoming location reminiscent of mountain houses, aroma of meat and top selection, kind and super welcoming staff, I recommend trying it, excellent selection of wines to accompany some super meat, rating 10, I will return.

Hosteria La Tana Del Coniglio

07/04/2024: We spent a beautiful evening in a rustic and warm environment. The main dish, bucatini with Ischia-style rabbit, was a hit!!! Excellent, the quality, the service and also the bill!
06/04/2024: Great bucatino with "coniglio dint' 'o fuoss" (rabbit in the ditch, as it is raised in Ischia). Even more delicious is the "allardiata" pasta, worth trying without fail. And, last but not least, the pasta and potatoes served in the form of parmesan... I'm telling you: very high level. Absolutely worth trying, maybe not on a Saturday... because the decibels of the many customers... exceed the quiet threshold a little.
