I was there about 8 years ago and I had positive memories of both the place and the cuisine. I went back today for lunch and had to change my mind. 65 euros per person for an appetizer, a first course and a dessert (water and wine of course!) seems slightly out of market to me if you keep in mind that the portions and the quality are discreet, not excellent!!! And it seemed to me that the location was poorly cared for.

Excellent restaurant with a superlative wine list, as well as the open cellar with excellent wines. Convenient parking and easily accessible. The restaurant is cared for in all aspects. The bathrooms on the lower floor are a bit old, the only flaw, otherwise it is highly recommended. The exquisite fish menu.

Sempre una bellissima esperienza tornare da Daniele da Nando al Pallone, io e mia moglie ci facemmo il ricevimento di nozze nel 2009 e da allora ci siamo sempre tornati anche per battesimi e comunioni o cene/pranzi di lavoro e di piacere. Una certezza nel territorio che non invecchia col tempo. Complimenti

07/03/2024: I went to this place for an aperitif with friends, for €14 per person you can have a cocktail and a platter. In addition to the classic platter, they offer a vegan platter which in my case had bruschetta, sautéed vegetables, polenta crostini, a supplì with spinach and oil-filled flatbreads made by them. I found it very good, I would add some preparations with legumes. The thing that struck me was that they add a small dessert to each platter. As a cocktail I chose a spritz which did not satisfy me, if the quality of the cocktails improved the price would be more than excellent for what is offered. I hope to come back and change my mind. Good work!

06/04/2024: The platter with local cured meats and cheeses is excellent. The first courses were also very good: gnocchi with tomatoes and garganelli with Roman broccoli, bacon and pecorino. The black cherry tart is exquisite, as is the hazelnut cream tiramisu. Praise for the service, really kind and professional waitress. Advised.
02/04/2024: We had lunch at the factory for Easter... Quiet and pleasant atmosphere, the dishes are all good and prepared with local ingredients, the owners are excellent hosts who know how to advise you expertly and know how to put you at ease... If you pass through Ronciglione I highly recommend a stop here!
