Always full on public holidays, a bit expensive, probably because of the location right by the sea

In the dishes you can feel the true flavor of the sea, congratulations to Giorgio for how he puts passion into each of his dishes. We ate heartily, had a really good time and felt at home. Thanks Giorgio and thanks to all the staff

At first glance I had the impression of being at home. Bright environment, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely come back!!!

What I can say is simply that I was perfectly fine! The freshness of the food is unparalleled and the way of preparing it is excellent! Any other compliment is superfluous!!!! Well done, Thank you!!!!

After a short walk we were looking for a place to have lunch. After finding several places full we moved from Santa Maria towards Gallipoli. We saw the sign and stopped. They welcomed us immediately with friendliness and made us sit down, explaining that today there wasn't the whole menu on the menu. We took advice and so we ordered a mixed seafood appetizer of tagliolini all'article and tagliolini allo scoglio. The appetizer has arrived... a show that is not only visual but also tasteful. Everything super fresh and tasty. After the starter the tagliolini arrived. I changed my mind about the lobster. Simply divine with those noodles. The tagliolini with seafood were delicious. Never in 16 years of living in Salento had I eaten fish so well. Super recommended.

Dio del Mare è un ristorante che consiglio di provare. Si mangia benissimo con materie prime ottime. Un ristorante con una bellissima vista sul mare. Servizio buono, personale cordiale e disponibile. Grazie a Caterina e Giovanni che si sono presi cura di noi. Bravi!

Ristorante di pesce molto accogliente vista mare. Materia prima di gran qualità. Antipasti di mare caldi e freddi ottimi e abbondanti, linguine allo scoglio eccezionali e il pesce spada alla brace squisito. Personale di sala molto professionale e cordiale. Che dire, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Veramente soddisfatti.

Ho cenato due settimane fa, devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto, pesce freschissimo, cucinato alla perfezione, ottima scelta di vini, servizio buoni, personale sempre attento, ambiente informale, ci ritorno sicuramente!
