We had the best Aperol from Bologna at Fabrik. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is so cosy. They have an outside heated terrace in case at night it gets cold, so you can enjoy your drink. We came twice, couldn’t leave Bologna without another drink. Definetly would recommend and would come back if I ever will visit Bologna again.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous nous arrêtons dans cet établissement. A chaque fois nos apéritifs se sont très bien passés, que ce soit au niveau des boissons, des prix et du service. Une adresse sympa qui sert aussi à manger

06/04/2024: The food is incredible and delicious. We came here on our first day in Bologna, it was Easter Sunday and we were turned away everywhere without a reservation, but here they seated us and fed us. After that I became a fan because the food was actually amazing. We also had our last dinner here before leaving. If you're in Bologna, definitely go, you won't regret it. Just reserve a table in advance, it's always full. Service is included in the bill, 3 euros per person. At the end they put a bottle of limoncello and a bottle of meloncello on the table. You can drink as much as you want) although they didn’t serve it for us on Easter Sunday. Apparently there was a problem, but the second time when they were complimented.
06/04/2024: Calm atmosphere in Bologna, "baccalà" had an incredible taste that I ain't gonna forget, The service is good, the waiters are so friendly. Very recommended !!!

05/04/2024: I am a pistachio lover and in this ice cream shop the pistachio cream is truly fantastic! Last Sunday I bought it combined with the Bayles flavour. Really a great suggestion and a great pairing! I always prefer rich and creamy ice creams and you can't go wrong in this ice cream shop! Top quality/price ratio! There are also many fruit ice creams and also mini cakes or larger cakes. The staff is friendly and helpful!
03/04/2024: I think this ice cream shop is the best there is in Bologna. Excellent quality ice cream, generous portions and friendly staff. I felt at home in my dear Sicily... I invite everyone to try it! You'll make me happy! 😀
