Always a good experience getting something at the Forneria. Nice products and good customer care.

I'm Italian and have been trying many pizzas in the area in last few days and this was really amazing. Delicate dough and tasty toppings. Tried the Forneria and Mortella & pistacchio. Got a fried calzone with tomato and mozzarella as appetizer and was delicious. On the top of this, the staff was extremely friendly and kind: they gave us lot of recommendations for the area, thanks! Sfogliatelle with chocolate and pistache are also great. Great value for the money! Will come back for sure if in the area. Don’t miss it

First things first: Very good pizza and very nice staff - that's what counts. The pizzas are made in a stone oven - so great. The atmosphere is well - it's not a "real" restaurant, but there are tables on the lower floor. But since the prices are very reasonable and the food tastes very good - what more could you want. Unfortunately you also have to pay a coperto here, I never understood this penalty tax, but it's good. This eliminates the tip. We would come back again because we felt very comfortable there.

Pizza in this place tasted better than from L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele in Naples

Gorgeous oven....girl at the counter very polite and good.....gorgeous pizza, we make the big pizza and it's delicious....the only drawback is the parking....

Forno a legna - Grande professionalità . Pizza ai massimi livelli della categoria soprattutto per la lievitazione, ed la sapiente preparazione e cottura in forno . con ingredienti : mozzarella ,pomodoro ,olio , basilico etc di prima qualità; uniche direi,; che gli danno un sapore unico per la categoria. Inoltre qualsiasi prodotto da forno abbiamo assaggiato nel tempo lo abbiamo sempre molto apprezzato , per cui siamo diventati clienti affezionati. Ma dietro tutta questa meraviglia c'è un ottima organizzazione ed affiatamento del personale che rende il loro lavoro molto affidabile per il cliente . Inoltre il proprietario sig Maurizio oltre ad esere un blasonato panificatore di una storica Famiglia locale, del settore panificazione egli nonostante la sua grande esperienza dello specifico . Nonostante il sig. Maurizio sia già ad alti livelli al top. Egli è in continuo appassionato aggiornamento professionale ed alla continua ricerca di migliorie nella panificazione e negli ingredienti. La lievitazione dei vari prodotti e la cottura in forno a legna è proprio un capolavoro. Ottima anche i vari tipi di focaccia impastata ad alta idratazione, come mi ha spiegato il sig Maurizio. Consigliato, otre a tanti buoni prodotti troverete anche cuore e passione.
