I hadn't been back to this place for several months. Excellent experience, food with sublime flavors accompanied by Lapo's friendliness and professionalism.

We were excited to experience dinner made by student chefs at this hospitality school. After reading some conflicting reviews, we weren't sure what to expect. The decor is simple with white walls and playful photos chosen by students. Be open to the fact that servers are students. The food was really outstanding with creative and playful variations with delicate sauces. We loved it! The prices are very reasonable. See photos for our dishes. The student chefs are on their way to great careers!

Amazing food and very good value. The student staff were very friendly but still learning. We had the tasting menu, l would definitely recommend it! We had an aubergine pastry as an amuse bouche, spiced steak tartare as a started, a delicious pasta with sausages, fish as the main and a choice of a mango or pistachio dessert all accompanied by different local wines.

Ho scoperto questo ristorante tempo fa grazie a the fork, oramai ci sono stato 6-7 volte. Ogni volta è una conferma, piatti deliziosi, belli da vedere e ancora più buoni da mangiare. Il menù cambia ogni mese ed è studiato molto bene. Ho sempre fatto il menù degustazione perché da la possibilità di assaggiare un po' di tutto e ad un prezzo veramente onesto considerando specialmente la posizione dove si trova cioè nel centro di Firenze. È un piacere sapere e vedere che in cucina ci sono quasi esclusivamente ragazzi della scuola che preparano piatti così ben fatti. Un applauso anche a Lapo per la gestione del locale. Unico consiglio che posso darvi è di comunicazione, non c'è un insegna, l'entrata è un po' nascosta e non sembra che sia un ristorante fino a che non sei sulla porta. Inoltre anche al telefono spesso non risponde nessuno e non c'è un numero di cellulare o WhatsApp. Comunque ci ritornerò il prima possibile!
