Place with excellent location, average service, but only one bathroom... nooo.. with a queue.... then it has to be cleaned.... every now and then

Ordered a Campari with white wine, a Spirtz without Campari arrived at the table. Change barman. Friendly and helpful table staff.

I think this is the best breakfast you can find in Cremona. The selection of pasta is wide and varied, both in terms of dough and seasonings. Compliments in particular for the croissant, nice and crispy and honeycombed. Too bad for the Venetian, which should also have cream inside to make it balanced. However, the pear and almond brioche, sweet and light, was a pleasant discovery. I think a better job could have been done with the tables outside, since the environment in the basement is refined and very pleasing to the eye. The staff, however, I found inattentive and not very cohesive in their service. But regardless of these notes, which certainly lower the rating of the experience, I can't wait to return to this pastry shop to also try the mignons and the single portions.

Everything was excellent if it weren't for the "owner" if you can call her that... arrogant and impertinent especially towards the waiters, who in my opinion if it weren't for her rude manner would certainly be happier doing what they do. Key word: a place like this deserves to be headed by someone who has skills, not arrogance.

Excellent pastries and drinks. Slow service. We wanted the list and the waiter had to say because there were several customers waiting and he didn't bring it to us. Slow table service, we waited 20 minutes and no one paid attention to us, we had to get up to order and the waiters saw us sitting there. Unfortunately, when I order chocolate it arrives liquid and lukewarm with a beige color, I get it from the office vending machine and you pay €4 for it in a small cup. In other places I pay €5 and the cup is much larger, boiling hot, thick and nice dark chocolate. The luxury of a venue is not enough to get customers.
