Excellent first courses with homemade pasta and desserts. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a great time, we had lunch in the cellar which is an intimate but particular environment.

I took (in the photo) tagliolini with mushroom cream, truffle and pecorino and they were amazing! Even light, I would have gladly eaten another portion. We originally took a mixed platter and I must say that the flavors of the cured meats were spectacular. Finally, the dessert (in the photo) is panna cotta with Nutella, very good indeed (even if perhaps the Nutella covers the flavor of the panna cotta a bit). The manager is a very nice guy, helpful and friendly, he recommends the best season tickets and if he has time he even has a chat and a joke. Overall I am very satisfied and will come back!

Locale carino in pieno centro storico, abbiamo preso due ottime tartare alle tre salse, una tagliata con carciofi (saporita ma non molto tenera) ed un pollo ripieno con mortadella di Prato e verdurine. Ottimo sia il tiramisù che la cheese cake. Personalmente avrei adottato un tipo diverso di apparecchiatura, almeno il tovagliolo lo vorrei di stoffa e utilizzarei un tovagliato diverso.

Very friendly, kind and helpful host. The food was excellent, enjoyed in a beautiful location. The tagliolini and apple crumble are highly recommended.

Tagliere "striminzito" (3 salumi, 1 formaggio, 1 paté di fegato e schiacciatine contate), 4 fette di arista tiepido, 1 ciotolina di fagioli, acqua, vino 14 Euro ed una fetta di torta di mele. Tavolo piccolo. Servizio cordiale. Euro 40,00.

11/03/2024: Everything is really good, from the first courses to the desserts, whatever you choose will certainly be up to par. You can see the refinement not only in the recipes, but also in the raw materials. The portions are right: with a starter, first course and dessert you go home without feeling hungry. We ate on a Monday, we were the only ones so the service was excellent, fast and welcoming. But I think they wouldn't have any problems even if the place was full. For the experience the price was more than fair, we would return and recommend it to others.

31/03/2024: We found this place by chance and were amazed: very reasonable prices for very high quality. The tongue crostini, the lampredotto sandwich and the vegetarian one (the Cortana) are the bomb! Highly recommended if you pass through Prato.
30/03/2024: Very good lampredotto and tagliatelle as well. The managers are very kind and very welcoming
