Ritornato su invito dopo qualche anno e devo dire che l’eleganza visiva, olfattiva e soprattutto gustativa é rimasta nel tempo in alterata. Cena dove abbiamo lasciato fare allo chef il menù ed al direttore di sala Egon la scelta dei vini: tutto perfetto Questo lo dico perché per la prima volta in vita mia ho assaggiato elementi che mai avrei pensato di assaggiare (animelle con tartufo oppure il formaggio blu della zona) e che mi hanno entusiasmato. Ottimo il servizio in sala, attento, non invadente e giusto il tempo dedicato alla cena. Complimenti e avanti verso traguardi ancora più stellati.

Very nice evening with a surprise menu. The staff worked very hard to make everyone understand the products and dishes on offer. The wine indicated by the sommelier was excellent for a reasonable price. An experience to recommend.

It was a beautiful dining experience. With the “dedication” tasting menu we felt the sea around us. Very polite staff. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Michelin-starred restaurant, there is a pink Don Peregnon 2008, the food is amazing, the atmosphere is super, I highly recommend it.

Вкусно, интересные блюда. Еда действительно вкусная и эксперименты шефа ее не портят а делают изысканной. Есть сеты от шефа и можно заказать по меню. Очень внимательный персонал. Для любителей вкуса очень рекомендую.
