Happened by chance returning from the sea... a fabulous experience!
Mattia, a young chef, explained to us all the types of meat and their maturation, advising us exactly what our palate wanted!
We had a wonderful dinner, the service was impeccable, the quality of the food was excellent, the wine list was absolutely up to par with the proposed menu.
All 'accompanied' by an essential environment, well furnished, fresh, clean, tidy and without chaos... which made our dinner sublime.
The prices are absolutely in line.
We will definitely return and definitely recommend it!
Congratulations to Mattia and his staff...young boy who has ventured into a difficult undertaking, that of catering!
Well done. Excellent meat. Service not too slow, not too fast. Clean and modern place. Young environment. Parking nearby. Fair price. I just discovered it, but I'll be back often.

Excellent experience, high quality raw material cooked very well. We took the diced, the plin, the vitello with tuna sauce and the fried egg with fondue, all delicious! Attentive and professional service. Consistent price.

A 5 star meat restaurant.
Local and exotic cuts of meat, expertly cooked, combined with staff who are both kind and attentive, but never intrusive, make this place a jewel.
The environment is informal, but very refined.
The selection of wines is excellent and the desserts are sublime!
I will definitely go back.

Quality meat, impeccable service and friendliness. Difficult to ask for more. With the change of management, the level of service has risen further, leaving aside the beer/burger shop offerings and focusing on quality meats. The staff is courteous and competent and always available to suggest the meat best suited to the customer's taste.
And let's not forget the desserts, truly exceptional.
Plus: they also have the fork which doesn't hurt.

non ci sono parole per descrivere questa brasserie. Tutto perfetto carne cotta molto bene, saporita e tenera. Antipasti di livello carne cruda e vitello tonnato speciali!!
I dolci sono molto ben studiati e particolari, cosa colpisce di più è la selezione di carni di tutto il mondo che fa il titolare per i clienti. veramente top!!

spinto dalle recensioni positive ho deciso di prenotare in questo ristorante e devo dire che è stata una cena proprio perfetta dall'accoglienza al dolce passando per la carne che è il loro vero cavallo di battaglia. Siamo stati Giovedi 21 dicembre e nonostante il locale al completo i tempi di attesa sono stati giustissimi calcolando che tutte le carni vengono cotte espresse al momento dell'ordinazione. una bella selezione di vini con un prezzo adeguatissimo. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante specializzato. Prezzo giustissimo se vuoi mangiare carne di qualità eccellente.
