we ate here on Saturday evening, the room is a very welcoming stube, with the ancient bread oven and a spectacular view of the city. We ordered nettle soup, hemp tortelli filled with goat's cheese, potato tortelli filled with dandelion, spinach dumplings and beef stew: all delicious and very well prepared, with flowers and small details much appreciated (the ravioli fried that accompanies the nettle soup). we were very happy. congratulations to Theresia and Eugen and the rest of the family! we hope to return soon

We reserved a table there thanks to a tip from a local. It is a very quiet and cozy restaurant and the owners are there for their guests! The selection of dishes is manageable and is calmly explained to the guest. There is no menu. The food is regional and was excellent, but the prices are almost too cheap considering the quality. We made another reservation straight away.

We were simply thrilled! Great atmosphere, beautifully decorated room, lovingly decorated. The food was indescribably good. Everything! We'll definitely come back.

We are regular guests at the Aichnerhof and always look forward to the exceptionally good food, the beautiful atmosphere and the nice hosts Theresia and Eugen. You can't get more organic+regional+South Tyrol!

Simply the perfect place no matter what the food is so delicious and the host is just warm, the lady who served me was also very nice and the food is a dream if in the Brixen Törggelen area then here.
