Il mio fidanzato ha scelto questo posto per la cena e non posso che dire di essere rimasta piacevolmente stupita. Vista al di fuori del locale spettacolare tanto quanto la cena, che ripaga assolutamente la strada per arrivare. Materia prima di qualità e del posto, piatti abbondanti e squisiti. Si vede la cura della cuoca e si percepisce nei piatti l'amore come se stesse cucinando per la sua famiglia. La cosa più bella di un viaggio è sentirsi a casa e noi ieri ci siamo sentiti così. Consiglieremo questo locale!

It's the third time we've been back, everything is always the same, a real farm with an authentic atmosphere, excellent traditional South Tyrolean food. A little inconvenient to get to but worth it.

Quaint restaurant on the mountain - small menu, but great food (dumplings, goulash, cake, niggilan) Service was great, the owners were super nice and we felt very comfortable. The ambience was also very good, it is located on a mountain. The Hofschänke is very small and personal. The food was also very good, we all really enjoyed it, all the dishes were excellent. 🙌 The price-performance ratio is also great. Overall, it was definitely worth a visit. 👍👍👍

The food is amazing... typical and very private environment with only 25 seats more or less, it is advisable to book! Typical Alto Tesi food... 5 ⭐

17/05/2024: Here I rate the restaurant that we were absolutely thrilled with: Great, innovative, regional and very wholesome cuisine enchants guests with dishes that offer completely new taste experiences far away from the tourist pizza and Schlutzkrapfen mainstream. And all this in a modern and very tasteful ambience with a committed and exceptionally warm service (... a special thank you to Gabriel for his friendly guest service). The “Fink” will definitely be our first stop on our next stay in Brixen. A big thank you to the whole team - we really enjoyed our meal with you because you broadened our taste horizons!
