Barbara, Ivan and the ladies in the dining room were really great. The Hostaria enhances Fontanelle and Roccabianca, welcoming guests in an authentic context and offering traditional foods reinterpreted to make them easily digestible and suitable for the most demanding palates. Excellent cured meats, accompanied by fried polenta and crispy, light giardiniera. Delicious anolini and tortelli in aesthetically original shapes. The mariola is unparalleled, accompanied by puree and a finally spicy mustard. Thank you for having hosted so warmly a group of friends from different cities.

Barbara e Ivan hanno reinventato una bella casa degli anni '30 del Novecento dedicandola a una calda accoglienza e all'esaltazione della tipicità gastronomica della bassa parmense. La loro è una cucina d'eccellenza, priva di orpelli modaioli, genuina e nel contempo leggera. Complimenti a loro e alle deliziose signore che abilmente si dedicano ai tavoli.

20/05/2024: I went for a family lunch, I had a great time. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. All well-made and tasty dishes, the platter with various cured meats accompanied by fried pie is absolutely worth trying.
15/05/2024: Even in rainy weather, the warm atmosphere, excellent food, nice company combined with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff made the lunch moment very pleasant. Highly recommended.
