Excellent starter and the staff were also friendly and welcoming. Too bad that the strong price that was the cut was hard and difficult to chew according to me and my friends. But I will gladly go back, perhaps to change my mind given the other reviews... the price is a little high but it could be ok if the meat were of a high standard.

Posto caldo, personale gentile e preparato ...... carne eccellente , di qualità.... grazie per la vostra accoglienza.

Il locale da fuori è, diciamolo pure, brutto parecchio. Dentro invece è suddiviso in diverse salette molto comode, raccolte e piacevoli. Bella la saletta principale con il grande braciere. Qui si viene per la carne: buoni e molto abbondanti gli antipasti (da segnalare soprattutto le diverse tartare). Bello e molto vario il tagliere misto. Ottimi il tagliere alla brace con i vari tagli insieme (filetto, tagliata e costata) che tra l'altro vista la quantità si può dividere tranquillamente in una porzione in più, e le fiorentine con il peso ben specificato in lavagna. Una fiorentina tra i 1,4 kg e 1,9 kg ovviamente va benissimo anche per tre. Il servizio è un po' semplice (visto il posto va bene così) ma molto competente ed efficiente. Il conto è correttissimo: si mangia con piena soddisfazione rimanendo sui 40/50 euro, compreso dessert e vino sfuso. Digestivo offerto. Allora perchè quattro pallini e non cinque? Purtroppo la carne viene servita su piatti normali per cui diventa fredda molto presto. Basterebbe prevedere uno scaldapiatti al centro tavola e appoggiarci sopra il vassoio. Attenzione: parlo di uno scaldapiatti, non di pietra lavica o pietra ollare perchè l'obiettivo deve essere quello di mantenere calda la carne, non di prolungarne la cottura.
