High quality restaurant, which knows how to combine tradition with modern and scientifically understood cuisine: two of us took it
a Piedmontese appetizer, rich and truly good from raw meat to Russian salad,
a panissa, a typical Vercelli dish of rice and beans with duja salami, where each ingredient was cooked to the right point to unleash the explosion of flavors of the Maillard reaction,
tripe and beans, also excellent
And a glass of wine, (note the amazing cellar of expertly chosen wines)

We had dinner in this small and well-kept restaurant and ate in a superlative way, something we hadn't had in a long time! Delicious dishes and excellent panissa. It costs a little more, but it's worth treating yourself to a treat every now and then. The only flaw is that it is in Vercelli and we are from Turin, but we will return on purpose. Congratulations again!!

We had lunch as a couple tasting panissa alla Vercellese and a dessert and I must say that we were very satisfied. Simple place, hidden in an alley, intimate atmosphere with background music and excellent food. Higher level than the average tavern, at an adequate price. To try.

locale piccino, arredamento carino ma manca un pò di anima.
Personale attento e gentile.
Menù non infinito ma va bene così, carta dei vini adeguata.
