Unfortunately it was very cold because they put us in a side room that didn't have any heating. Since we arrived early for dinner at 7:30 p.m., there were no service staff present. Half of the order from the “boss” didn’t even arrive. After ordering we were "overlooked" so we couldn't order or ask where the ordered was. The best thing was the wine otherwise tough starter, cold dishes. Seen in this way, more appearance than reality. What a shame!

A welcoming place, like the service, which is fast and efficient. I tried the pizza and some appetizers, and I was satisfied with the overall quality, also closely linked to the quality of the ingredients. Furthermore, the location has ample parking, which is not insignificant for those who, like me, hate walking around for dozens and dozens of minutes for a car park. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Come veglione di capodanno bocciato serata senza nessuna organizzazione serata incolore animata soltanto dalla buona volontà del Dj il cibo veramente imbarazzante tutti digiuni servizio inesistente.

27/02/2024: I really appreciated this place, even though it was Saturday and it was full, the layout of the rooms created a pleasant atmosphere without feeling confusion. The platter is truly excellent and varied, from chickpea humus, to chicken curry, to fried caciocavallo with honey, to cured meats and more. The cabernet sauvignon served was very good. The carrot cake is excellent accompanied by a delicious cream cheese and yogurt. Very friendly and professional staff. Average value for money. I will be back to try the à la carte menu.
14/02/2024: Delightful place that we discovered on the occasion of a fiftieth anniversary. We returned for Valentine's evening. Enchanting atmosphere, extraordinary flavors (the hand of the excellent chef Azzurra), and the service...a riot of pampering. A special mention for Gloria, our contact person at the table. We like jazz...which was the background for the entire evening.

La Duchessa Pizzeria - Ristorantino

15/03/2024: Dimenticatevi cornicioni stile canotto, qui troverete una pizza non contaminata dalle mode del momento. Una “sincera”, palermitana anni 90 per intenderci, ovvero il periodo migliore. Impasto fragrante, morbido e croccantino al punto giusto, accompagnato da ingredienti semplici ma di qualità. Ottimo anche il calzone, ripieno con un prosciutto cotto di qualità, ma soprattutto asciutto e non sbrodoloso come è solito trovare nelle maggior parte delle pizzerie. Prezzi nella norma. Servizio presente e non invadente. Molto consigliato.
15/03/2024: Forget dinghy-style cornices, here you will find a pizza not contaminated by current fashions. A "sincere" one, from the 90s Palermo so to speak, that is, the best period. Fragrant dough, soft and crunchy at the right point, accompanied by simple but quality ingredients. The calzone is also excellent, filled with quality cooked ham, but above all dry and not messy as you usually find in most pizzerias. Normal prices, present and unobtrusive service. Highly recommended.
