Definitely a nice place, small but welcoming. Polite staff and very good food. Then they accept dogs so we will return without any doubt. Well done.

Location piccola, ben tenuta nel cuore del centro storico di Barrea. Capitati per caso, i ragazzi che ci hanno accolto sono stato gentili e disponibili. Scelta dal menù non molto ampia. Prezzi medio alti. Qualità del cibo buona, ma sinceramente nulla di particolare.

One of the best restaurants in Barrea in the heart of the ancient village, after the entrance door of the town. All very good and the service polite and helpful. The second courses are excellent but also the typical appetizers of Abruzzo cuisine!

I was there for dinner last night, very nice place, very helpful staff, very fast service, good wine list, definitely if we were to return to those areas we will stop by them...

I tried the scialatelli with roe deer ragù, something unique, delicious, combined with an excellent Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, all seasoned with a beautiful location. Amazing we will be back soon

Cibo buono, personale attento, locale troppo piccolo con il bagno praticamente in mezzo alla sala

Il locale si trova nel cuore storico di Barrea piccolo paesino della marsica al confine con il Molise ad un tiro di schioppo da Castel di Sangro e posizionato sull'omonimo lago. Il locale è molto piccolo (prenotare è saggio!) ma accogliente. Il ragazzo che gestisce la sala lo fa con cura e attenzione verso i clienti. Il menù propone piatti della tradizione abruzzese. Noi abbiamo optato per un tagliere diviso in due (abbondante) e poi orecchiette con gli orapi (molto buone) e poi gli immancabili arrosticini. Discreto il vino della casa, abbiamo terminato con una fetta di crostata e amaro. Il prezzo è intorno ai 30€ a testa e secondo me è assolutamente giustificato per qualità e quantità. Se siete in zona, assolutamente da visitare.
