Il Cantinone In Valvasone

We had dinner at this place on Valentine's Day. The environment immediately seemed informal but elegant and well looked after, the atmosphere and the live music were right, very pleasant and not at all intrusive. The menu is very well looked after, really good dishes, with some risks that perhaps destabilized me and which I should try again to fully appreciate. Worthy of note is the octopus in bbq sauce, delicious! The presence of the chef who showed up at each table to collect "live" opinions and reviews was appreciated. We will absolutely be back!

A wonderful experience, more than excellent service! Very good express cuisine, really high quality raw materials. My wife and I had a really good time! From gazpacho to fillet, an explosion of flavors, a culinary experience worth trying in the village of Valvasone.

The onion and cuttlefish soup is good, the pumpkin and prawn soup and the monkfish not great. The waitress who gives boys to us 60 year olds is unbearable

Bel locale, pulito e ordinato. Ottima atmosfera, ideale per una serata con famigliari che magari arrivano da lontano e non vedevi da tempo! Il soffitto a volta, oltre ad essere bello e caratteristico, offre una acustica ideale che consente a tutti di conversare senza rimbombo. La cucina è di ottima fattura e qualità, alcuni di noi hanno preso pesce, altri carne e tutti siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La confezione dei piatti è molto curata e si apprezza la creatività nell'accostamento di forme e colori e nel posizionamento dei cibi. La cantina offre una selezione adeguata, con diversi nomi a me nuovi e che mi hanno incuriosito, trovando piena conferma nel bicchiere... Il personale, tutto giovane, è preparato e gentile. Tutti simpatici!

Bellissima esperienza con mia moglie e mia figlia di un anno. Proposte nel menù davvero originali e gustose, ambiente caldo e accogliente, personale gentile e preparato. Frequentato anche da clientela simpatica e socievole. Consigliatissimo.

Simple but smart restaurant, located in a nicely refurbished cellar. My lunch was excellent: pappardelle with "toasted eggplant skin", braised pork cheek, tiramisù. Everything was excellent, nicely presented, and was accompanied by three glasses of good wine. Servings are on the smallish side, but on the whole the amount was sufficient. Informal but effective and corteous service. Price in line with the quality.
