We ate our 2023 New Years dinner here. The restaurant was really pretty. You had to go down 4 steps to get to the level of the restaurant . It was great!! They were amazing. We didn’t have reservations and they seated us even though it was full. We had the Grigliata mista which was really good. The meat was nice and soft. It was not hard. I recommend their frutti de Bosco dessert. I would definitely re-visit. I love the surrounding area too.

We thought it was a small restaurant but then with the self-service, we were a little reluctant but instead the kindness of the staff, the advice, the variety of food at a good price, we stayed and believe me we didn't regret it, in fact, we did. stayed and will return. The wine, the coffee and an excellent amaro are also good. A family at the service of those who want to enjoy delicious dishes, almost like at home. Large spaces and tables, everything excellent.

The pizza is of course delicious, and the truffle pasta and caprese have fresh ingredients and are seasoned just right!! It's the best taste// I highly recommend the truffle pasta and caprese. The employees always have smiling faces and friendly manners.

Salendo dal parcheggio Mojano abbiamo notato questo ristorante, valutando i prezzi sul listino posti all’esterno del locale ci ha subito incuriosito. Essendo l’ora di pranzo chiediamo se è possibile avere un posto per quattro persone non avendo prenotato. la ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile. Stringo ozi consigliatissimi anche la bistecca e l’agnello alla brace tutto buonissimo ottimi prezzi rapportati agli altri ristoranti Personale gentile posto carino e curato. ci torneremo sicuramente resterà uno dei nostri punti di riferimento per quando torneremo ad Assisi.

31/07/2023: Pausa rigenerante in questo bel locale posizionato prima della porta di ingresso della cinta murario di Spoleto. I tavoli all’esterno offrono un bello scorcio ed il refrigerio necessario nel caldo luglio. Il personale è gentile ed alla mano ed il menu ha proposte classiche ed anche qualche proposta più particolare, come le mozzarelle e burrate fresche. Essendo molto caldo, abbiamo optato per la “zizzona” di battipaglia, una mozzarella da 1/2 kg accompagnata verdure di produzione locale. La scelta si è rilevata giusta, tutto è risultato davvero buono. Prezzi non proprio modici ma nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti.
25/07/2023: We struggled to find a restaurant in Spoleto with spare tables and were relieved to find a table at Al 3.0 Bistrot where we were welcomed in by the very friendly owner. She was quite a character; vivacious and loud. Service was erratic despite there being only one other party in the restaurant who were certainly enjoying themselves, but they certainly created an atmosphere of joviality. The food was solidly good and we enjoyed our mushroom bruschetta starter and our pasta and chicken burger main courses. Prices were fair. If you want a relaxed and buzzy restaurant this is certainly the place to go.
