Il Salumaio is a part of my life, Boscacci senior used to prepare sandwiches for me to go skiing when I was a child. The quality of the production and sale of local products, the competence and kindness of the staff make it the point of reference for breaole, slinzeghe, fresh and mature cheeses, salami and all sorts of goodies. I also tried Il Salumaio as a supplier to my restaurant in Milan and the punctuality and service in delivery are perfect.
