This evening I went to eat with my son, what can I say... Everything was perfect... Cozy place, impeccable service, high quality food We will definitely be back.. If you pass through Pistoia I recommend it!!

Sono stata a cena di venerdì in questo bistrot con la mia migliore amica, il locale è intimo ed informale, e la cucina è stata una piacevole scoperta. Abbiamo preso un burger (bello grande con patatibe) ed una pizza alla pala, la qualità della carne era buona, e la pizza croccante e ben condita. Da riprovare sicuramente.

I was passing through Pistoia and stopped for a tour and had dinner in this BISTROT, I only have one adjective SPECTACULAR meat of the highest local level clean and nice fast and perfect service but the strong point is the quality of the products super recommended.

Pizza alla pala migliore di Pistoia, anche i panini buonissimi,con ottime combinazioni, però aumenterei la quantità delle patatine. Personale molto gentile e alla mano. Prezzo onesto.

Ieri sera con mia moglie, abbiamo preso un hamburger e pollo fritto. La scelta è stata difficile perché tutto, compreso la.pizza appariva invitante. Come detto al cuoco ,miglior hamburger mai mangiato. Ottima carne,ottimi ingredienti. Pollo fritto ben fatto e buono Servizio eccellente Bravi La.prossima volta proverò la pizza

Prendo sempre l'asporto. I panini sono veramente buoni (ottimo il pulled pork!) ma la menzione d'onore va alla pizza alla pala che è favolosa e contiene ingredienti davvero eccellenti. Non ho foto da allegare al commento perché in genere faccio sparire tutto nel giro di die minuti.

16/05/2024: Slow service: 25 minutes from when we sat down to when they asked us what we wanted to order. But very fresh raw, the food was of a good standard. With the exception of the blue cheese risotto, which was spectacular and for which we complimented the chef. The price/quality ratio is definitely good. We took... Gran plateau of raw meat, Paccheri with tuna ragout, Risotto with blue cheese 👍, Lobsters and their bisque. All accompanied by excellent quality bubbles 👍
06/04/2024: Quiet environment where you can spend a good evening. Excellent Service, Attentive, Prepared and Very Kind Waiters. the dining room manager, friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes and the wine. What about the food: Oysters of many varieties, stratospheric appetizers, and a killer risotto with monkfish, chestnuts and a celery foam. We will definitely come back to eat there. Highly recommended.
